• needle-thread-combinations
• in precut lengths
Thread diameter:
• USP 7-0 to 2 (0.5-5 metric)

• polyamide 6-6.6
Properties:
• above-average softness and suppleness
• superior handling and knotting properties
• no capillarity

The high tear resistance of NYLON, even at the smallest thread diameter, makes it particularly suitable for very fine suturing in microsurgery. Polyamides can bind up to 10% water.
The material is coloured with a physiologically harmless dye.
